Check back each week for a new set of fun, unique activities you can do at anytime right from your home. We hope with these daily activities, we can continue to spark joy and help your family spend more meaningful time together even when we can’t all be together in-person.

Monday: Make a Paper Mars Helicopter!

Our friends at the Community Library of Castle Shannon introduced us to these great NASA related kids' activities that are fun for a variety of ages! We love this video/experiment/craft combination of making a helicopter for rocky terrain of mars... or the bumpy terrain of a toy-filled bedroom.

PBS has an adorable video channel with catchy songs that helps children with fluency, and sight words. Designed for PreK-1st Grade.

We're obsessed with this cute learn to play the piano game, great for ages three and up!

Thursday: Whoosh - Explore Wind!

Our friends at Smart Love Preschool put together this adorable Windsock activity that is so simple but so fun! Take it on a walk, hang it outside a window or even below a ceiling fan to watch it dance and twirl.

Friday: DIY Sign Language Sign

We all know how important signing is for young children, but it's valuable at any age. This activity from our friends at SignShine combines a craft and language as you create a permanent "I love you" message for your home.

We're big fans of this A to Z fitness challenge for kids of any age. Time them to see how fast they can get through every challenge in the alphabet!
