As a mom, finding and maintaining a healthy lifestyle can sometimes be brushed to the side. Before I had Leo I was so good at mapping out my workouts for the week: Pilates, Yoga, Running, Barre Classes and more! I loved variety and I made fitness a priority while I was pregnant. After having Leo, though, things got a bit more complicated. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is a necessity for me and Pearachute has helped with this so much!
